Shop Policies

Shipping is 2x a month, typically every other Wednesday via USPS. You may request a different mail carrier in the notes along with your purchase- however any additional cost will need to be covered by you BEFORE shipping the item. You will be provided a tracking number after it ships, 2 days after shipping at that latest!
If an item unfortunately breaks during shipping- I am not responsible, however I will work my hardest to replace that item for you! Sometimes our friends at the USPS slip up and packages get damaged- this is out of my control but will be amended to my best possibility. 

I carefully hand pick each waterpipe myself, and inspect them thoroughly before shipping. Waterpipes are packed in wine bottle protector sleeves, surrounded by packaging peanuts/additional bubble wrap to ensure safe shipping. I have never had a waterpipe arrive damaged during shipping as a result thus far! If your waterpipe breaks once it is delivered to you- it is once again out of my control. Please be aware once you purchase one- you will not be refunded for any reason other than me not being able to produce and deliver your product.
